Janet Griggs (CFO) Ms. Griggs is responsible for the Company's strategic and financial planning, financial controls and administration. Under her direction, Taste was the first fully computerized off-premises caterer in San Francisco developing a proprietary software system unique in the industry for its capacity not only to create customized event proposals but also determine the profitability of individual events as well as track client relationships. Ms. Griggs oversees the administrative function for Taste's Teatro ZinZanni partnership and acts as liaison with One Reel negotiating agreements and providing regular updates as well as formal annual operating reviews.

Ms. Griggs is President of the Board of CUESA, the Center for Urban Education about Sustainable Agriculture. In her capacity as Board President, Ms. Griggs is responsible for the fiscal health of the Ferry Plaza Farmers Market and the educational programs funded by that activity.
