Arron Plascencia (Executive Chef) As a native of Southern California, Chef Aaron Plascencia was accustomed to exploring Los Angeles' vast quilt of culinary experiences. The varied LA cuisines whetted his appetite for a more in depth journey into the culinary world. Aaron first explored the professional culinary world working at The Disneyland Resort. After receiving his degree from the California School of Culinary Arts in Pasadena, he continued to work at the Disneyland Resort in Banquets and Special Events where he honed his skills in creating systems designed specifically to ensure high quality food experiences for special event dining. Next, Aaron focused on restaurants working with such culinary luminaries as Chef Steve Samson, Chef David Meyers and Chef Amar Santana.
In 2010 Aaron returned to his love of Banquets and Special Events at The Carneros Inn in Napa. Aaron then had the opportunity to work with Chef John Toulze at The Girl and The Fig as Catering Chef. In 2016 Aaron found himself reunited with Chef Steven Tevere at Taste Catering as Production Chef. Since 2018, Aaron has been managing culinary operations and a brigade of chefs and cooks behind the pipe and drape, as our Executive Chef. He currently resides in American Canyon, Ca with his wife Vanessa and their three children. When he's not working he enjoys being home, cooking over live fire and taking his family out for noodles.
