Janet Griggs (CFO) Ms. Griggs is responsible for the Company's strategic and financial planning, financial controls and administration. Under her direction, Taste was the first fully computerized off-premises caterer in San Francisco developing a proprietary software system unique in the industry for its capacity not only to create customized event proposals but also determine the profitability of individual events as well as track client relationships. Ms. Griggs oversees the administrative function for Taste's Teatro ZinZanni partnership and acts as liaison with One Reel negotiating agreements and providing regular updates as well as formal annual operating reviews.
Ms. Griggs is currently on the board of SF Travel Association and serves on its Finance Committee. Highlighting her past non-profit activities was her 6 year term as President of the Board of CUESA, sponsor and operator of the iconic Ferry Plaza Farmers Market. Ms. Griggs is also a member and President of the SF Chapter of Les Dames d’Escoffier International, a world-wide invitation-only professional women’s group for the hospitality industry.
