MENU PLANNING

The planning of the menu for your event will be led by one of our talented and experienced Account Executives. They work to customize your menu, stay within your budget, and understand your needs and goals. They are there to listen, offer suggestions and collaborate.

Food is central to any gathering. At Taste our chefs strive to create seasonal menus that are on-point with Bay Area food trends. In this effort, they work closely with local farmers who grow organic items specifically for our menus. They are meticulously attentive to the culinary and dietary expectations of a diverse group of people who come to the Bay Area from all parts of the world. Our talented Beverage Director curates quality spirits with unique ingredients for specialty cocktails — a true mixologist, with attention to detail which includes house-made bitters, shrubs, tinctures, a logo’d ice cube or a stylized glass.

At Taste, we train our staff through old world methods that bring you new world results. Today’s ‘new American service’ is more relaxed, yet just as professional. It mirrors the past, evokes nostalgia, and infuses a sense of pride.
